At Kazoq, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping and return policies below.
Shipping Policy:
1. Delivery Zones & Charges:
– Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT (Delivery within 24-48 hours).
– Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT (Delivery within 3-5 working days).
– Heavy items or bulk orders may incur additional shipping costs based on weight.
2. Order Confirmation (Outside Dhaka):
To prevent fake orders, customers outside Dhaka must pay the delivery charge in advance via bKash/Nagad. The remaining amount can be paid via Cash on Delivery.
3. Tracking:
Once your order is handed over to the courier (Steadfast), you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
Return & Replacement Policy:
1. Claim Period:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
2. THE UNBOXING VIDEO RULE (Mandatory):
To ensure transparency, you MUST record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from opening the courier seal. This video is strictly required to claim a return or refund. Without a valid unboxing video, Kazoq will not be able to process any claims regarding missing or damaged items.
3. Conditions for Return:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and must include all tags, manuals, and accessories that came with it.
Refund Policy:
1. Refund Process:
If a replacement is not available for a defective product, we will issue a full refund.
2. Refund Timeline:
In accordance with Bangladesh government regulations:
– For Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad): 7-10 working days.
– For Credit/Debit Cards: 10-15 working days.
4. Change of Mind:
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for a “change of mind” once the product is delivered and found in good condition.
